Previously: Goku drove Bobby home. By the time they got there it was two in the afternoon. Goku put the car into park and pressed the button to unlock the locks when he spotted a red truck coming up behind them. Goku pulled Bobby back some. “Hold on Bobby, wait till that truck passes before you get out”
“Red truck?”
Bobby glanced to the right and he saw what he feared, his father.

Bobby didn’t know what to do. He was frozen in his place with Goku’s hand on his shoulder. He just knew that that car was his dad’s.
So what should he do now? He couldn’t just stay there sitting like a log. Goku didn’t know what was going on. Bobby was starting to look pale fast. He just seemed to be staring at nothing but that red truck. What was up with him?
“Bobby! Snap out of it. What’s wrong with you?”
That was the trigger that Bobby needed.
Bobby suddenly jerked around into his seat and slammed the car door. “That’s my dad in that truck dangit!”
Goku now realized why Bobby had freaked out. His face grew serious. The truck was only about a few seconds away and it was a small alley.
Goku muttered, “I hope this guy isn’t the type to smile and wave.” He had to act now.
Without further thinking Goku smashed Bobby’s head under the seat and covered him with a jacket that he had on the floor board. Goku calmly instructed Bobby, “Don’t move and don’t make a sound.”
Bobby stopped squirming.
Goku placed his body in front of the seat and re-started his car. The engine vroomed to life. He was sure that the truck had passed by. But just in case he turned his head to the side.
“Having any car troubles?”
Goku cursed inwardly. This guy just had to be the friendly kind! Well, when he thought about it it was actually a good thing. But not in his current situation. Not at all. He would have to deal with him quickly.
Goku flashed a welcoming smile towards the middle aged man, “No not really, my cell phone fell under the gas so I just stopped here so I could get it out before it rolled over to my break pedal.”
The man’s face frowned a bit. But then he smiled, “That’s good. Just wanted to make sure. Bye”
“Bye.”
The middle aged man then drove off without a second side glance.
Goku waited till the truck was completely out of sight before he pulled the jacket off of Bobby. “He’s gone now.”
Bobby shifted back into his seat. “Did he notice me?”
Goku smiled and backed up his car, “No, he only stared at me. ”
“Fweeeyf! That was close.”
Bobby then noticed that Goku was driving in the opposite direction of his house.
“You could stop here. My house is in the other direction.”
“I know.”
“So you should stop and let me off here.”
“I can’t do that Bobby.” Bobby grew nervous. What if Goku was kidnapping him? No, that wasn’t possible. Bobby knew Goku well enough! For about 2 days now. Crap.
“Why can’t you?”
Goku smiled as he drove. “Because if you walked into that house immediately after he just got there then wouldn’t he be suspicious on how you were supposed to be at the park. And the park is towards the same direction that he was driving. Shouldn’t he have spotted you walking while he was driving?”
Bobby’s eyes grew in realization. And all doubts of Goku once again flew out of his mind. “I guess your right.”
“Aren’t I always?”
“Don’t push it mister.”
“Okay fine.”
Bobby stared out the window. “So were are we going now?”
With a straight face Goku said, “I don’t know.”
Bobby sighed contently and gazed up at the still brightly lit sky. “Lets just go were our minds want to take us.”
———8:00pm outside by the alley-
Four men were standing outside of Rainy streets Alley. The quietly sipped their beers and talked about the things going on in their lives.
A man with an orange cap spoke up, “This is the last time you’ll see me.”
A man with blond hair looked over in his direction. “Yo man, Why?” His speech was somewhat hard to comprehend.
“I’m taking my boy out hunting with my gun club buddies. If were lucky we’ll shoot an alien.”
A man with a fat gut and balding hair smiled and looked up to the sky with a dazed expression on his face. “I wish I had a son to go on hunting trips with. We would shoot a dear then laugh and laugh. Then come home to a beautiful wife that would clean the meat.”
The rest of the men looked oddly at him.
The bald man with the big gut continued, then he used a different voice to act out a lady. “Oh my two strong handsome men! Your both such good providers. I love you!”
“Shut up Bill.” A middle aged man looked hopelessly at Bill and then shook his head with disapproval written all over his face.
They continued to drink bear until they heard footsteps. Then finally the face of a very tired looking and sweaty Bobby. “He walked passed the four men in silence. Not seeming to have the strength to notice them.
When the door to the back patio slid open then shut, the orange hat clad man frowned. “Bobby looks like he’s been probed.”
The bald fat man, “What’s wrong with Bobby? Maybe some bullies beat him up.”
The blond haired man, “Yo man, no.”
The middle aged man named Hank nodded towards the blond haired man. “That’s right Boomhawer, if Bobby got beaten up then we should have seen cuts and bruises. No, just seems like he’s tired.”
———-Inside Bobby’s room-
Bobby was lying helplessly over his bed. The sheets already soaking up some of the sweat from his shirt. He grunted, “Goku pushes too hard. I thought he’d never tell me to stop running.”
Bobby then glanced to the side at his little TV. He didn’t really get much channels on the tv. Mostly it was there just so he could play video games. Not much else. But he did get a few stray channels.
He turned on the tube with the remote and crossed his fingers. “I got you!”
Naruto had just captured a kitten. Then the episode flashed on the screen,:Important Mission! Heading To The Country of Waves!
Bobby just layed there on his bed watching Naruto. Towards the end of Naruto Bobby suddenly fell asleep.
To drained to turn off the TV. Or take off his shoes. After a while his mother came in to tell Bobby it was time to eat. But seeing her boy totally drained and sleeping, well she decided to no wake him up.
She took off his shoes, turned off the lights and TV, then shut the door.
Peggy went back into the kitchen were Hank was. “So how was the boy?”
“He was asleep. And he was so sweaty that it soaked into the bed sheets! What on earth was he doing today.”
Hank smiled and bit into his steak. To him sweat meant effort. And effort for Bobby was a really good thing.
“I wouldn’t worry too Peggy. The boy did say he was going to the park.”
Peggy smiled, “Your right.”
BBBBBBBBbbbbbRRRRRrrrrring!
The phone suddenly went off. Peggy went to get it since Hank had a mouthful of steak in his mouth.
She answered the phone. “Hill residents!”
“Ummm…..hello. Is a Bobby Hill there?”
